FAQ: THE NEFF MARKET KITCHEN CLASSES

What do I need to bring?


Participants are not required to bring anything to the class.

How many people are in the class?


Our classes take a maximum of 12 participants.

Do I get to eat the food?


All food that is made in the class is served for the participants to enjoy whilst the chef continues the demonstration.

What if I have dietary requirements?


We are happy to advise the chef if you have any dietary requirements however we cannot guarantee that the chef will be able to cater for these changes. In some cases it may be easy for the chef to create a separate serving without a particular ingredient, however if the ingredient is integral to the recipe (eg dairy in a panna cotta) it may be that no alternative can be offered and you will have to elect to not eat that particular dish. If this is the case our chefs will be more than happy to offer advice and suggestions for creating the dish at home using alternative ingredients.

Can I send someone else in my place?


You can send someone else in your place if you cannot attend.

What if I can no longer attend the class?

When will the new class schedule be up?


Our classes are released six times a year:

  • December – Feb/Mar classes
  • February – Apr/May classes
  • April – Jun /July classes
  • Jun – Aug/Se p classes
  • Aug- Oct/Nov/Dec classes

Classes finish in mid-December and recommence at the beginning of February.

FAQ: GIFT VOUCHERS

Can I use my gift voucher for a different type of class?


You are welcome to use your gift voucher to book into a class that is a different value to your gift voucher. Extra payment will be required if you book into a class of higher value than the voucher. If you book into a class of lesser value than the voucher, credit will be issued as a coupon to use against another The Neff Market Kitchen class.

Can I buy a gift voucher for a monetary amount rather than a class type?


Vouchers can only be purchased for a specific class type.

How long is the voucher valid for?


Vouchers must be used to attend a class that is held within 12 months of the voucher purchase date.

How do I use my voucher?


To use your voucher, choose the class you would like to attend. In the shopping cart, enter the coupon code and proceed to checkout. The voucher number is case sensitive so please make sure you use the correct code in the email you received from us.

I have a gift voucher but I can’t find a class that I like or all the classes I want to attend are already booked out?


We try to make sure that we provide a range of classes that will suit all taste. We are unable to offer a refund on vouchers if you do not find a class you would like to attend. Our classes do book out quickly so we advise you to sign up to our enews to receive notification of when new classes are available.

My voucher is about to expire. Can I get an extension?


Vouchers are valid strictly for 12 months and no extensions will be given.
