Team building classes are a fun and engaging way for your team to get to know each other a little better and enjoy the delicious results of effective planning, collaboration, and communication.
These hands-on sessions begin with a shopping trip around the Market to meet the traders and learn more about the key ingredients that will be used in the class.
Once back in the kitchen, your group will be divided into smaller teams and, with assistance from our cooking expert, make a delicious dish for everyone to enjoy.
Once the cooking is done, your group will sit down to enjoy your meal while each team shares how they made their dish, including tips on what (or what not!) to do.

|1. Celebrating Mexican Flavours||This menu will take you on an exciting food journey to discover the diverse flavours and textures from across Mexico. Learn how to make the famed Mexico City bbq corn; Yucatan spiced chicken, using a marinade of achiote paste and orange, served with fresh tortillas, pico de gallo, and roasted tomato salsa; and finally, grilled Baja lime and chilli fish tacos.|
|2. Classic Thai Banquet||In this class you will combine distinctive Thai flavours and ingredients with Market sourced produce. This menu features Thai fish cakes served with a cucumber relish; pad gra prow – stir-fried beef with chilli and Thai basil, served with a crispy fried egg; som tum, a northern Thai papaya salad; and red curry with pumpkin, kaffir lime leaves and bamboo.|

Middle Eastern Flavours||Be inspired by these Middle Eastern, Ottolenghi-style recipes: grilled pomegranate glazed lamb served with easy flatbreads, herb salad and spinach yogurt dip; cauliflower steaks with almond tabbouleh; BBQ sumac prawns with crunchy chickpea salad; watermelon with fetta, mint and pomegranate molasses; and to finish almond phyllo cigars with honey syrup.|
|4. A Long Italian Lunch||Enjoy a long lunch Italian style! Using Market fresh ingredients you will learn to make a feast of delicious Italian dishes: seasonal vegetable antipasto; cheese tortellini with sage butter sauce; chicken cacciatore served with soft polenta; and for something sweet, a delicious classic tiramisu.|
