Hot cross buns your thing? St George’s Bakery will be stocking their popular sourdough hot cross buns again this year, and for the sweet tooth, Agathé Pâtisserie will be offering special edition macadamia and milk chocolate croissants and a tajine hot cross bun (pictured below). Moses & Co have a wide range of varieties available, including organic spelt, rye and wholegrain hot cross buns, as well as gluten-free and vegan hot cross buns. Emerald Deli have delicious Easter Buns with currents and sultanas from the French Breakfast Bakehouse, and the donut kings at La Lapa have hot cross buns not to be missed.

A popular choice over the Easter long weekend, seafood at the Market will be in high demand. Avoid the queues and get your orders in early at The Fish Shoppe, South Melbourne Seafoods and Aptus Seafoods. They will also be open from 6am on Thursday 18 April for those looking to purchase before the long weekend.
