Recipes include: Samke Hara, baked fish dressed in a light and creamy tahini sauce and finished with a walnut and herb combination; haloumi, pear and pomegranate salad; baba ghanouj, a delightful smoked eggplant dip with pomegranate and mint; and for a bit of heat, batata hara hot and spicy potatoes finished with coriander.
