Pia has been creating authentic Italian dishes for many years, having learnt by watching her mother while sitting on their kitchen step. In this class Pia will show you her special twists on authentic Italian dishes that would make any nonna proud. Recipes include: hand-rolled cavatelli pasta with pork and fennel sausage, zucchini, garlic, olive oil & pangrattato; roasted asparagus and cherry tomatoes, seasoned and topped with olive oil & balsamic glaze; and for a decadent treat, chocolate and olive oil tart, topped with hazelnuts in caramel and served with coffee.
