Recipes include: hand-rolled cavatelli pasta with pork and fennel sausage, zucchini, garlic, olive oil & pangrattato; roasted asparagus and cherry tomatoes, seasoned and topped with olive oil & balsamic glaze; and for a decadent treat, chocolate and olive oil tart, topped with hazelnuts in caramel and served with coffee.
