    Fresh seasonal produce and contemporary flavours with Japanese and Chinese influences are the foundations of Joe’s celebratory four course lunch menu. Recipes include:  charred ocean trout with miso glaze, peas, lettuce, chawan mushi (Japanese savoury steamed custard) and sesame nori crumble; chicken tortellini and roasted broth with grilled asparagus and chives; dry aged duck breast with crushed carrot, star anise and pistachio crumble; and to finish, a sensational 70% Ecuador chocolate, hazelnut, and orange dessert with pain d’epices. Not to be missed!
