    Simple, exciting food

    Joined by his Head Chef Jenna North, Zac will show you simple ways to create exciting dishes from across Asia: fresh tuna tartare with ginger soy dressing and black sesame rice cracker; delicately fried tempura betel leaf with prawn and a spicy plum sauce; vegetarian turmeric cauliflower with tofu dressing, sprinkled with furikake (a Japanese seasoning); khao soi, a mildly spicy, yellow coconut milk curry from Northern Thailand made with rice noodles and garnished with shallots, lime and fried wontons; and to finish, scrumptious  fried banana fritters with scoops of vanilla ice cream.
