Recipes include: panzanella, a Tuscan salad celebrating summer ripe tomatoes tossed with torn crusty bread, shallots, basil leaves and olive oil; mozzarella di bufala with lemon and mint, broad beans, black olives and chicory; porchetta tonnato, thinly sliced roast pork with tuna, caper and anchovy mayonnaise garnished with torn basil leaves; fresh tagliatelle, tossed lightly in a pan with lemon, crème fraiche and rocket with a sprinkle of parmesan; and, a superb nespole (loquat) and almond tart.
