    John introduces fresh, speedy seafood dishes with unique Asian flavours and a generous dash of modern style. His menu features: scallops with miso butter, shimeji mushrooms, ginger and seaweed; turmeric salmon with smoked eggplant salad; crispy snapper with tamarind and a dash or two of chilli; Burmese-style mildly aromatic prawn and tomato curry; and to finish, an irresistible dessert tasting plate with lemongrass cheesecake, coconut meringue, lemongrass gel and caramelised pineapple.
