Some Vietnamese dishes have a French influence and banh xeo, a savoury, filled pancake is one of them. In this class you will learn how to create this authentic and healthy dish at home. Made using a rice flour, turmeric and coconut water batter, the crunchy pancakes are loaded with a pork and prawn filling (vegetarian option available) then wrapped in mustard greens and mixed herbs before dipping into a chilli-lime fish sauce.
