    Tempting mezze dishes

    Alex travels overseas each year to source new ideas and techniques that add originality to his menus. Get ‘hands on’ with some tempting mezze dishes including chtapodi sfakia, spiced octopus with glazed balsamic and raspberry dressing; baked kataifi wrapped pastourma prawn; feta saganaki with caramelized orange anise.  The tsigara boregi, fresh herb and feta spring rolls with Turkish rose jam will be followed by slow cooked raki infused goat with caramelized vegetables and manti, Turkish ravioli; and baklava at first sight, Alex’s unique take on this traditional recipe.
