Her menu features: a simple garlic, chilli, fennel, tomato and wine Sicilian fish soup with crusty ciabatta; an impressive Italian prosciutto, parmesan and chicken pasta pie made and baked in a bowl, served with a rich tomato basil sauce; Moroccan seasoned, char-grilled lamb loin and autumn vegetables in a herb-nut barley salad with harissa yoghurt; and, for a vegetable choice, roasted Middle Eastern spiced whole cauliflower, pumpkin and zucchini with chickpeas, tahini dressing, coriander and pomegranate seeds.
