10:00 am: Seared lamb cutlets with new season asparagus and quinoa, roasted capsicum, olives and yarra valley feta salad
11:00 am: Bang bang chicken coleslaw with sesame, chilli and peanuts
12:00 pm: Mixed herb frittata with baby potato, roasted corn and broad bean salad
1:00 pm: Fresh pasta with zucchini, ricotta, lemon and peas
2:00 pm: Mussels with tomato, chilli, fennel and chickpeas

Charlotte is not only a highly trained restaurant and personal chef, but also a fully qualified nutritionist and dietitian. Her experience is comprehensive, diverse and includes many years working internationally in the highly challenging and demanding role of personal chef on private yachts, as well as being a co-owner and director of a café/wine bar in Amsterdam.
Now based back in Melbourne, Charlotte is keen to share her impressive knowledge, experience and passion for whole foods, cooking and nutrition with anyone wanting to be involved in the planning, preparing, cooking or eating of delicious, fresh, seasonal and nutritious food.
