Fel’s menu features:  Tortang Talong, a simple breakfast eggplant omelette; Pancit sotanghon, a mung bean noodle stir fry with shredded cooked chicken, black fungus and vegetables seasoned with garlic and Asian sauces; Sinigang na baboy, a refreshing hot-sour soup with pork, tamarind and abundant crisp-tender vegetables; and finally, adobong manok sa gata, a popular Spanish-Asian inspired chicken adobo, marinated and cooked in coconut milk, vinegar, soy sauce and various spices.
