Using fail proof cooking techniques, Rebecca will show you how to make a range of delicious, easy dishes: pan-seared sake, mirin and herb seasoned free range chicken, gently poached with cream and silverbeet and garnished with roasted nori and sesame seeds; pan- roasted barramundi fillet in a spicy tomato-fennel sauce, accented with lemongrass and kaffir lime; crunchy summer vegetable salad tossed with a lime, ginger, mint, buttermilk and citrus vinaigrette dressing; and for a luscious dessert to finish, steamed silky egg coconut custards with caramelised pineapple and fresh mint.
