    Rob’s make ahead’ menu with French influences uses local fresh produce and simple techniques to make any entertaining easy. Recipes include smoked eel with crisp pancetta, celeriac and mustard remoulade and Spring salad; confit of duck leg with red wine, honey and chorizo reduction; and for dessert, luscious berries, crunchy vanilla meringue with tarragon and lavender infused anglaise custard.
