    Learn the essential parts of Japan’s famous soup

    This is the class for ramen lovers! Participants will learn the essential parts of making an authentic chicken and seafood broth ramen. Starting with the deeply flavoured stock, you will then learn to make the traditional additions of ni tamago (soy and mirin cured eggs), melt-in-the-mouth charshu pork, and bean shoot pickles. You will also learn to make Ai’s mum’s irresistible pan fried pork gyoza. Itadakimasu!
