    Learn the essential parts of Japan’s famous soup

    This is the class for ramen lovers! Participants will learn the essential parts of a great, simple chicken and pork ramen. Starting with the deeply flavoured stock, you will then learn to make thetraditional additions of ni tamago (soy and mirin cured eggs), melt-in-the-mouth chasrhu pork, and bean shoot pickles. You will also learn to make chahan (Japanese fried rice), a typical accompaniment to ramen.
