In this class Niki will show you how to make: prawn saganaki, a pan-cooked dish with onion, garlic, banana chilli, tomatoes, fresh peeled prawns and crumbled melting feta cheese;  homemade traditional country style bread; the ever popular moussaka, layers of sliced potatoes, beef mince cooked in a spiced and herb tomato sauce, grilled sliced eggplant and creamy béchamel sauce, baked until golden;  and to finish,  Greek- Cypriot baklava with layers of filo pastry filled with cinnamon and chopped almonds.
