Eat yourself happy by preparing nourishing, sustaining, soulful, and most importantly, delicious food. Using the season’s shoots, roots, blossoms and sprouts, Tony will prepare a vegan and gluten free menu featuring: zucchini pasta smothered in a lemony avocado sauce; a smooth and satisfying slow roasted capsicum, pumpkin, sweet potato soup; stir-fried sprouted chickpeas tossed with golden turmeric, quinoa, green peas, curly kale and a lemon and tahini dressing; a potato, leek and thyme pie; garlicky tossed broccolini, chicory and dandelion leaves; and, a delicious pear, vanilla and coconut almond topped crumble to finish.
