Fermented drinks are well known to aid in digestion and add good bacteria to your gut. In this class, Sharon from The Fermentary will teach you how to make a range of fermented drinks including kombucha, jun, and water or milk kefir. To find out which one is for you, you will be able to taste, touch and study all of the SCOBYs that are used to create the drinks and then as a group will make a batch of water kefir for you to take home and nurture. Other SCOBYs will be available for purchase with recipes on the night as well.
