Emma’s celebratory menu is inspired by her travels in Tuscany. Recipes include grilled goat’s brie crostini with blueberry and truffle; fennel and parmesan fried bread gnocchi and grissini; lemon risotto with calamari fritti and caprese salad; gelati di melone with candied prosciutto; Florentino beef with spinach, rocket and parmesan; a torte with cherries, crème and pine nuts; and to top it all off, Panforte di Siena-Margherita.
