Dai’s menu features: spicy scallop tartare with black pudding crumb, served with crisp rice crackers; black angus beef salad with pomelo, lotus stems, bean sprouts, spearmint, holy basil and classic nuoc cham dressing; lemongrass and chilli goat shoulder curry with chat potatoes and okra served with a side of coconut rice; and to finish, irresistible fried ice cream with golden caramel dulce de leche.
