Vietnamese cooking is full of fresh herbs and exotic flavours, and Van’s cooking classes are always full of laughter, family stories and recipes handed down from generation to generation.
Join Van for a special food journey into Vietnam with a menu featuring: Cha Gio (springrolls wrapped in lettuce, fresh herbs and dipped in a fish dipping sauce); Bun Thit Nuong (grilled lemongrass pork in vermicelli and herb bowl); and Xoi Gac (sticky rice balls cooked with cochinchin gourd covered in crushed peanuts and sesame, and drizzled with delicious thick coconut milk.
All proceed from this class will be donated to the Hands for hope – Living on 5 project.
