Mirie Park grew up in Seoul and as a Chef in Zac’s team, she joins him to share her extensive knowledge in how to cook easy Korean dishes and dispel the mysteries behind some of the ingredients. Recipes feature Korea’s classic national dish, ‘Kimchi’ made from scratch with all the tricks for success; Bulgogi dumplings; marinated beef, sweet potato and noodle filled wrappers, pan fried with sweet sesame sauce; Korean fried chicken with Gochujang (a hot pepper paste), sesame seeds and peanuts. To finish, a popular street food dessert, ‘Hotteok’, warm pancakes filled with sugar and peanuts, served with ice cream.
