Expand your repertoire and knowledge of Greek cuisine with Niki’s delicious selection of provincial dishes. Niki will show you how to make: prawn saganaki, a quick pan cooked dish with onion, garlic, banana chilli, tomatoes, fresh peeled prawns and crumbled feta cheese; kalamari krasato, a delicious dish of squid braised in olive oil, aromatics and a red wine sauce; spanahorizo, a rice pilau made with spinach; homemade traditional country-style bread to mop up the all the juices; and to finish, traditional rizogalo, creamy rice pudding with a twist, served with praline and baked rhubarb.

Greek Cypriot born, Niki is the founder of My Greek Kitchen Cooking School. She was born into a family of passionate cooks who cherish the importance of traditional food and strive to keep it alive. Her classes revolve around what is known as the Mediterranean Diet today. She has a passion to share her food knowledge and skills and believes that anyone can learn new and easy dishes to cook in their own home kitchens. More
