    An imaginative meat free menu

    Bryce’s imaginative, contemporary menu cleverly combines interesting flavours using the season’s fresh vegetables and fruits, nuts and pulses. Recipes include: globe artichokes with walnut and caramelised onion crumble, served with mustard mayonnaise; grilled leeks with almond puree, dukkha and mint; native to south of France, panisse, addictive creamy centered fries made with chickpea flour, served with eggplant caviar and pickled tomatoes; and for an irresistible finish, pistachio and polenta cake with rosewater ice cream and macerated strawberries.
