    An imaginative meat free menu

    Bryce’s imaginative, contmeporary menu cleverly combines unusual flavours with the season’s bountiful supply of fresh vegetables and fruits. Recipes include: fried haloumi with honey, black olive, ruby grapefruit and fennel; parsnip croquettes with black truffle and herb salad; salt-baked whole celeriac with smoked dashi butter, grilled shiitake mushrooms and sous vide shallots roasted blacked in a pan; and for an amazingly simple finish, star anise flavoured caramelised pineapple served with coconut water sorbet.
