    Hand-made pasta dishes

    Pia has been creating pasta in all shapes and sizes for many years, having learnt by watching her mother while sitting on their kitchen step. In this class hands-on class, Pia will show you how to make easy, egg-free, hand-rolled pasta that would make any nonna proud.  Recipes include: strozzapreti with cacio e pepe, a cheese and pepper sauce that transforms a few simple ingredients into a silky, flavour-packed sauce; cavatelli with a classic beef sugo; and for a sweet finish, apricot almond crostata using using Pia’s homemade apricot amaretto jam, served with an espresso coffee.
