Join Bernadette to learn how to make delicious Lebanese wraps, tasty salads and authentic sauces so you can create your own casual, street food-style feast at home. Recipes include: lamb shawarma, spring leg of lamb marinated and slow cooked until it melts in your mouth and can be pulled apart, wrapped in fresh Lebanese bread and drizzled with delicious yogurt cucumber dip; chicken shawarma, garlic marinated chicken pieces cooked to perfection, dressed with toum, a delicious Lebanese garlic dip; and fattouch, flavour packed salad that packs a punch with its mix of pomegranate seeds, fresh herbs, radish and sumac and for crunch, crispy Lebanese bread.

Being of Lebanese heritage, Bernadette has had the privilege of growing up with three generations of amazing Lebanese cooks in Australia and Lebanon. Through these wonderful cooks, she developed a strong passion and love for Lebanese food: its aroma, unique flavours and earthy colours.
