This hands-on beginner’s class is the perfect introduction to making Chinese dumplings. You will learn how to make dumpling fillings and then, using pre-made wrappers it’s your turn to master different shapes and cooking styles. Prepare aromatic Chinese 5 spice beef wontons served in soup stock with fresh vegetables; steamed open top pork, prawn and shiitake mushroom Siu Mai; and deep fried money bags, filled with turkey, corn, water chestnuts seasoned with a dash of fish sauce. Enjoy the delicious results with flavourful dipping sauces and fresh Asian slaw.
