    Join Nick to discover the diversity of Mauritian cooking, with influences from African, Chinese, European and Indian cuisines. Recipes include: gateaux piments,  fried spicy bite-sized fritters made with blended yellow split peas, curry leaf, green chilli, cumin and spring onion; pan-fried crispy fish combined with tomato, red onion, lemon and coriander salsa served on toasted baguette; an oven-baked French-style seafood and béchamel gratin; and to finish, cinnamon and sugar coated banana, honey and vanilla doughnuts with Chantilly whipped cream. Not to be missed!
