Daniel’s imaginative lunch menu is designed to be shared with friends and family. Learn to create a mezze spread featuring: truffled fava bean with spanner crab and almonds; Hiramasa kingfish with preserved lemon and sea greens; asparagus, heirloom tomatoes, burrata cheese with smoked pepper and black olive; and Lebanese cracked wheat, onion and spiced duck kibbeh. To follow, there will be fried baby snapper with black Aleppo dressing, olive oil potatoes seasoned with zaatar, pine nuts and fresh herbs, and if you still have room, an irresistible lemon tart with creamy fromage frais cheese.
