Daniel’s imaginative Middle Eastern menu is designed to be shared in a warm and relaxing atmosphere with friends and family. Learn to create a mezze spread featuring salted cod roe, fried prawns, smoked eggplant, Tunisian brik pastries, cured scallops with orange blossom and hazelnuts, and Zaatar flat bread. To follow, there will be braised and char-grilled Wagyu beef intercostals (ribs) with glazed roast carrots, yoghurt curd and watercress, and for dessert, traditional carob molasses tart with Turkish coffee.
