Recipes include: kingfish sashimi with green chilli dressing; Chinese-style barramundi and scampi dumplings with dipping sauce; Malaysian classic, spiced creamy laksa lemak made with coconut milk, mussels, rice noodles and fresh herbs; Lucy Liu’s signature drunken chicken poached in Shaoxing wine and spring onion served with smashed cucumber, Sichuan dressing and steamed fragrant jasmine rice on the side; and to finish, a simple tropical fruit dessert.
