His exciting sharing menu features: fried halloumi cheese served in saganaki pans with asparagus, roasted spiced apple and mint; snapper klefitko, marinated and baked in a bag with fennel and broad beans; pan seared pork cutlets with lemon and oregano sauce, served with charred cos lettuce and vegetable salad; and to finish, irresistible feta cheesecake with kourambiethes biscuit crumb and delicious mixed berries.
