Alex adds his modern take to traditional dishes, popular on menus in Athens and here as well. Recipes feature stuffed baby calamari with white anchovy and pickled onion, smoked pork belly souvlaki with pickled cucumber and mushrooms, slow cooked beef cheeks and fava, fasolakia braised green beans with feta; and to finish, crisp and crunchy pear baklava crumble with whipped crème fraiche.
