    Murat’s menu reflects his unique, modern approach to traditional Turkish fare. Using fresh flavours and simple cooking techniques, his recipes include: marine levrek, pickled sea bream with nashi pear; popular arnavut cigeri, fried cubes of spiced lamb liver with garden herbs; ordek, duck breast with black eye peas and cherries; and finally, flaky baklava served with chestnut ice cream.
