    In this class, Michael introduces the true spirit of Louisiana and Caribbean cooking with their individual unique spices and culinary traditions. Recipes include: Puerto Rican ceviche with coconut and lime oil; shrimp remoulade with fried green tomatoes; Cajun spiced blackened fish; and, a traditional Trinidad goat curry with roti and pico de gallo salsa.
