    Brad’s class will showcase dishes from The Smith’s recently introduced Pan-Asian menu. Recipes include silken tofu with marinated mushrooms and chilli oil, whitebait and spring onion pancake, spicy kung pao chicken stir-fry, and for dessert, chocolate dulce de leche, peanut butter crème and salty popcorn.
