A hearty Italian Menu

Fond memories of a holiday on Lipari in Southern Italy influence Nicky’s hearty seafood menu. Simple dishes with such big flavours that make you want to eat like this every day! Using ingredients from Sicilian cooking, the menu features: a delicious seafood stew with mussels, snapper, couscous, olives, tomato and peppers; sauteed Catania style spiced cuttlefish with North African spices; pesce forno, baked swordfish with currants, capers and anchovies; and to finish, a traditional Sicilian dessert – surprise!
