Scott’s 30 minute or less recipes are easy to prepare: Thai-style seafood curry with cardamom steamed jasmine rice; grilled salmon with Vietnamese pickled vegetables and herb salad; Mexican spiced pan-fried chicken fajitas with red onion, capsicum and chilli, served with warm wraps, lettuce, guacamole and sour cream; souzoukakia, Middle Eastern meatballs, pan simmered in a rich tomato sauce served with bucatini spaghetti; and finally, warm Moroccan couscous salad with oven roasted vegetables, cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, lemon-chilli dressing and toasted almonds. Participants will also receive a step-by-step video featuring each dish to refer to back at home.
