Dishes which feature authentic sourdough

Anada’s in-house sourdough bread plays a key role in the restaurant’s menu.  In this class Russell will show you how to make sourdough starter so you can authentically recreate his Spanish menu at home. Recipes include: smoked Tila, red capsicum and manchego cheese croquettes; baked scallops with migas and a spicy garlic, chilli and paprika mojo picon; clams steamed in Manzanilla and mint with a parsley, garlic, cumin mojo verde; and to finish, Torrija, a delicious Spanish-style French toast dessert, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar or honey and served with poached seasonal fruit and cream.
