Join Amy’s class to learn how to prepare Tigres, spicy crumbed mussels in half shells; croquetas de Idiazabal, crisply fried cheese croquettes; pimientos rellenos de carne picante, small stuffed peppers with spicy meat filling; bacalao la vizcaina, salt cod with red pepper sauce; pipirrana con huevo de codorniz, quail eggs with pimento sauce; and chipirones en su tinta a la vasca, stuffed squid in onion, green pepper and tomato squid ink sauce.
