Recipes include: prawn and kaffir lime leaf larb; steamed crab and corn rice noodles with Chinese xo chilli sauce;  grilled prawns, toasted coconut, pomelo and herb salad; sour Thai-style briny mussel and sweet pineapple yellow curry accompanied with coconut rice; and finally, a light and refreshing mango panna cotta dessert.
