Her menu features: bun bo nam bo, stir fried beef and lemongrass over rice noodles with Vietnamese herbs and peanuts; banh xeo, crispy rice and turmeric pancake with prawn and pork; sweet and savoury wok-fried rice with squid, pineapple and dill; canh rong bien, a simple red onion, shallot, tomato and seaweed fish soup; and to finish, classic soy sauce-poached baby spatchcocks.
