In this class, Jerry will unlock the spirit of wok cooking, using the freshest ingredients to make smoked duck breast, nashi pear crispy noodle salad with ginger flower dressing; steamed fish of the day with ginger and soy; wok-tossed long life noodles with Chinese broccoli, beef and Szechuan chilli bean sauce; seared, stir- fried chilli beef served with steamed rice; and seasonal fresh fruits to finish.
