Pia has been creating authentic Italian dishes for many years, having learnt by watching her mother while sitting on their kitchen step. In this class Pia will show you her modern version of authentic Italian dishes: homemade ciabatta bread topped with artichoke parmesan pesto; hand-made tortelloni (a larger version of tortellini) filled with herbed ricotta and cooked in a garlic butter sauce; a panzanella salad made with sweet and juicy tomatoes; and to finish, enjoy an espresso coffee accompanied with Pia’s famous lemon ricotta tart.
