    Rebecca’s heritage inspires her authentic, modern Thai cooking. In this class, you will learn about the essential flavours that make Thai cuisine so special. Recipes include:  spicy chicken larb with roasted rice, apple eggplant, lime and mint; wok tossed pad Thai with dried shrimp, peanuts, tamarind and garlic chives; grilled Australian prawns with apple, lemongrass, kaffir lime and Thai basil; green papaya salad with peanuts, snake beans, tamarind and lime; and to finish, a delicious black glutinous rice, tropical fruit and coconut cream dessert.
