    In this class, Damian will share his tips for making rough puff and shortcrust pastry from scratch, and tricks for rolling and cutting the dough to create easy, savoury and sweet, golden pastries. Recipes include: a traditional British creamy chicken and leek pot pie; a French pithivier of confit duck and spinach enclosed in puff pastry; and, for something sweet, a delicious caramelised apple tarte tatin that bakes in no time at all.
